For each service, our clients may choose to have services provided on a monthly, quarterly or catch-up basis.  The breakdown for each method is described as follows:
 
Monthly Bookkeeping
This is the most common basis for bookkeeping.  This option enables monthly projections of a company's financial position.  Excellent for staying on top and having the essential tools to better manage day-to-day operations.
Quarterly Bookkeeping
This option is aimed for businesses with lower volumes of activity.  For companies with payroll, we suggest quarterly bookkeeping as your minimum option.
Catch-Up Bookkeeping
This option is aimed for businesses with lower volumes of activity.  This service is also ideal for double checking in-house self bookkeeping and for those who have fallen behind so that you can expect a smoother tax filing.
